At zoroelixir, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders may take longer to process during holidays, promotional periods, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days, where available

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside our direct control.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
